I am using a demo hsnm on demo57 and today I am getting these messages repeatedly

Redirecting to Welcome Portal...

Redirect error!
Connection lost, Welcome Portal not reachable or walled garden not updated!

What did you do before to have this error? Have you changed something on gateway configuration or on your network?
That errors means that your GW is not able to reach HSNM; the possible causes are:

1) Your GW has not the walled-garden updated
2) Your GW has not an Internet connection
3) Your GW is not able to reach HSNM
4) You have enabled the checkbox "some network of the appliance" on the GW, but your GW is on different network of the HSNM

Believe me I have not done anything, suddenly it stop working. I noticed that my ISP was also slow in resolving other sites too. And till today, problem was same and I checked gateway config as well it has all DNS entries and from gateway it was resolving all domains. Config file also same as old and did not check any box or upload new config file.

We didn't and don't have any issue on DEMO57, so if you had problem redirecting to the welcome portal, probably you have something wrong on you GW or on your network
