Hi support,
Not sure if this is how your portal works but we cannot revist the portal page once logged and closed it. It will throw us this error.  https://gyazo.com/44151ae80eafd8716c3c0909e176ada1
The reason why we need to get back to portal in case we have closed it is to check our data usage statistics.
Can you somehow fix it? It is very important for the user to be able to check his/her data from time to time.
Other hotspot system have this feature where we can easily gets back to the portal to check usage.

Hi Jerry,
You can do it using a CO.IN. device.
You cannot perform as for the image you have attached. To return user to the welcome partal is complex and requires many data to resume the user session.
All this is handled by CO.IN. in a very simple way for the user tha ha only to click the icon in the toolbar. The toolbar appears in the surfed pages.
