Hi there,
Is it possible to show IP/MAC of the user in the Welcome Portal, e.g. under "Help for users". It would be great for support, if users can give these informations directly from the portal page instead of searching in the device settings.

No, unfortunatly at the moment is not possible to have that information on the welcom portal
