Hi,
One of my clients want's to capture special information about the users. The idea is to have a drop-down box to select a value (like the gender selection).

How can I do this?

Which information do they want to request? Which values do they want inside the combobox?
At the moment there aren't any custom fields that HSNM Administrator can add to request additional information to user.

In this case it is an Airport. The user should select the reason why he is at the Airport: Arrival, Departure, Visitor, Collector.

if this is your goal I think it's not to be done by adding a field, in the domain, to get additional information from the user.
I think you should do it by using a survey, making it mandatory, and asking for question like the one you mentioned.
