Maybe you are willing to update/upgrade to the latest version of MAC OS?
I didn't do that on my MACBOOK regarding to some software issues with our systems.

another thing: Do you remember when the problem started?
Before or after having updadet your HSNM to version 5.0.165? Or earlier?

I'm not sure but I think it starts after the update to version 5.0.165. We get complaints since 2 weeks.
On Jan. 25 we updated to 5.0.163 and on Feb 02 we updated to 5.0.165.

I see. Would it be a problem for you trying to downgrade your HSNM to 5.0.162 version and see if the problem persist?
It would be useful for troubleshooting.

Sorry, but I can't do that downgrading. It is our live system and I wouldn't risk anything. Don't you have a test HSNM where you can downgrade and test it?
And I think it is useless to do it if we don't have a MAC with the newest OS where the problem seems to occur.

yes I do, but until now I didn't have any problem with the only MacBook I have. But I'll try.

Then we wait for next Monday and see what you will get from the test.

Hi,
I tested this on 2 different Mikrotik boxes. I get randomly the same problem with MacBook with 10.11.16 and IPhone 6s with newest OS.
The problem occurs when the registration is send and the user wait's for the status that he is logged in. In the Mikrotik I can't see any radius request for the login in this stage.
When I disconnect from the Wifi and connect again I get the Welcome Portal and can login.

thanks for your report.

I did some tests in these days too. What I discovered, as you have seen too, is that problem happens only with CNA.
But I still have the problem even if I disconnect and connect to the wifi again.

We are still checking and trying to discover what the cause could be.
