Terms & Condition only displaying two paragraph

I have entered full Terms & condition from Admin settings.. but in Portal Page it is displaying only two paragraph...

Hi Vipul,
Did you entered both Terms&Conditions and Privacy Policy? Pay attention that it's not the same thing.
Privacy Policy is automatically shown in the welcome portal; instead it's not the same for Terms&Conditions.
If you want users to be able to see Terms&Conditions too, you have to edit the domain and check one of the available option related to "Request Acceptance of Conditions". After this you will be able to see Conditions by clicking on another link in the welcome portal.
