Change text of submit elements ("Recharge", "Register yourself", etc)

Hello!
I would like to be able to change the value that is embedded in the html input submit elements in the Login App. Such as the "Register yourself" submit button. I would instead like it to say "Register", or the "Recharge" button I would like to say "Renew", etc. Is there any way to run a JS or JQuery script to change the html of such elements, or is there another way that I am missing within the HSNM Manager?
