Hi Mirkos!
Probably you have not reset your Mikrotik before to import the configuration file, or probably your mikrotik has not enabled the hotspot package.
On Documentation menù of your HSNM there is a manual called SetupGateway.pdf that explain you how to configure your Mikrotik GW

Hope this helps you

Hi Reed!
No, could not be CAPsMan....
Please follow the steps on SetupGateway.pdf and you must be able to configure your gateway
AtlanteImage_661067710.Jpg

Also check to have hotspot package enabled on your Mikrotik.
If you want send us the .RSC file in order to check

Best regards

Hi Mirkos,

I've seen your rsc file. There are many blank fields. For example you didn't set the SSID, the hotspot-address, the HotSpotIP ranges etc...

All these fields are fields that you have to set in the HSNM under the gateway configuration. So please edit the gateway configuration and set the fields under the "Fields to generate configuration script for the Mikrotik gateway" section. Then click on save, download the configuration files again, reset to no default your Mikrotik device and import the new generated script.

Anyway I suggest you to read the Administration Manual in order to have further informations about HSNM.

Hope to help you,

Best Regards.

Hi Reed
In your case problem is that you have configured the same network (192.168.1.0/24) on both the WAN and HOTSPOT interface!
You have to use a different network on HOTSPOT interface (for example 10.0.10.0/24), then download again the configuration file, reset your mikrotik and reconfigure it with the new configuration file downloaded.

Best regards
