In my mikrotik we have attached internet cable on ether 11 so how can we configure internet connection on ether11 from hsmanager because there we are only getting ether-1 in option list...

HSNM provide a .RSC file and the HOTSPOT folder to configure a new and resetted Mikrotik router. This router will act as hotspot service for clients not as a gateway for your xDSL connection.
So you need to connect the ether1 interface of your Mikrotik router (configured using the .RSC file downloaded from HSNM) to your xDSL router or to your network.
If you want to use ether11 instead ether1 (but I don't advise you) you can put the Mikrotik commands inside the Custom Commands fields Best regards
