Assign product to user based on registered phone number

Hello Team Support,
Please help me!
I have 2 Product for users (Product A and Product B. All is Free)
I use Authenticate Mode: With Registration By The User
And Data to Customize Users Registration:
- Request the Username: Auto generated
- Request the Mobile Number: Enter your real phone number to receive a notification SMS
When client Registration success will receive account login via registered phone number
When login, user will choose 1 in 2 Product Free A or B.
I made everything come here good ^!^

But here I have an extension request as follows:
If user Registration a phone number with prefix +8490xxxxxxxx and +84121xxxxxxxx, that user only can choose product A.
If user Registration a phone number with prefix different, that user only can choose product B
Or can assigned automatically
with +84 is country calling code in Viet Nam. With 90 and 121 is number of ISP Telephone
