Email address for notification of voucher payment

Where do you define this email address for a particular venue?
At the moment in our system they are coming to the system administrator email whilst Paypal notifications are going to the specific email defined in payment settings.

Hi,

it's not possible to receive an email notification when a voucher has been sold. Because vouchers are sold by cash at, for example, the reception.
You receive an email notification, at manager level, reseller level and system level only if an user purchased a product from the welcome portal using payment system like pay pal etc...

Sorry let me clarify. the system admin email is receiving the following messages each time a user buys online (which say "voucher" even if not voucher) even though a different email has been set as the Administrative Email Address in the Manager's Currency  and Payment Systems:

A payment has been made (Voucher):
Reseller: xxxx
Manager: yyyy
Username: mail@mail.com@domain
Last name:
First name:
Room or Pitch Number: NP54
Product: 200 Hour Seasonal WiFI Access
Amount: 15 £

Do you have to set an email address also in Manager -> General Data -> Email Address to stop this?

Hi Andrushka

When an on-line payment (Paypal, Mollie, Authorize.net, etc) is made, HSNM automatically send a mail to the email address defined inside "Currency adn Payments system" of each level (manager, reseller and admin)

So, if you want to stop receiving mail, please remove the email address from the "Currency adn Payments system"

We don't have an address stored in either manager or admin level and we are still receiving emails.

Hi Andrushka,

I did some other checks and I talked with developers. They told me that there is an error. Because, currently, if you don't set any email address in any level of "Currency and Payments System" the email address set under HSNM System Settings (Administrator Email Address) is used to send payments notifications.

Starting from next HSNM version, available soon, only the email address set under "Currency and Payments System" will be considered.
