updating a product

by razhsnm » 18 Apr 2018, 11:06

Hi,
We have made some changes to our product and we want to know how we can apply it to all generated cards for that product and to those that are currently using it.
We can see there are 2 options: Update the policy to the already registered users and the other one is Update Users.
Please let us know which of the 2 we need to use to apply the changes.

Thanks.

Hi,

if you only changed something in the product, so you dind't change the product policy or the policy itself, you can use the "Update the Users" button.

You can find further informations in the HSNM Administration Manual at page 209.

Best Regards.

Hi,
It is the Product Policy that we changed from 1M/512K to 2M/1M. Please let us know which one to apply.

Hi,

if you changed the policy you have to click on "update the policy to already registered users" button.

Then, I suggest you to click on the "Update the Users" button also.

Best Regards.
