Hi,
We would like to know if it is possible to configure auto-login wherein if a user still has data remaining he can just login automatically on his next access to the wifi instead of re-entering username and password again.

Hi,

yes it's possibile to do what you asked by enabling the "Device Recognition" option in the domain configuration.
You can find detailed information about this option at page 146 of the Administration Manual.

I cannot find this device recognition in the domain settings.
My software version is 5.0.136.

Also, please if you can send me an update manual. Seems my manual is outdated as I cannot find the guide on the page you stated.

you don't see that option due to your current HSNM version. Since your current version we added many changes to HSNM and also improved its performance. I suggest you to update your HSNM to the latest version.

In your current version that option is called "Auto Login for MAC Address" and it's mentioned in your current Administration Manual too.

The autologin is already working by using the configuration you stated. However, some users claim that it is not working on their phones.

I would like to know if you experienced the same kind of issue.

if it's not working for some user's device it's possible that user registered its account using a different device.

So in order to be recognized, if this is the case, user has to perfom a login with the second device.
