User Traffic logs

Dear Team,
I am unable to view list of the files containing the logs of the users' traffic except one gateway. Please assist urgently.

Hi Ghufran,

can you ceck what you set in the "Scheduling Log Backup" section in the System Settings?
Are you sure to have enabled the log in the gateway configuration?

Please, eventually, provide me some screenshots about the mentioned System Settings configuration and the user traffic logs list.

Hi,

Please find the attached snapshots, no new changes made at my end. Though, only one gateway logs are proper.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Hi Ghufran,

is the UDP port 1514, for syslog, open at gateway network side?

Hi,

Yes all ports are already open, previously all logs were proper but i guess from last upgrade having this issue.

Can you try to downgrade your HSNM to the version you had before.

Please note , by disabling and then again enabling logs from gateway, 3 more logs start working. Please find attached image for reference. Furthermore we are available if you want to resolve it by taking remote session.
