Interface questions

by StephenAlfreds » 16 Nov 2017, 15:23

Hi. I have 2 questions.

1. I'd like to get rid of the "recharge" button. How do I do this?

2. Once someone is logged in, their details don't fit into the white details box. How can this be rectified? And can I left align it?

Hi,

to remove the recharge button you have to change your domain's product configuration. You have to uncheck the "Display at  the Recharge" check. You also have to be sure to don't have any voucher.

About the fit of user's detail developers are checking and there will be a change with the next HSNM update.

Best Regards.

I know I sound ridiculous but where do I find the "Display at  the Recharge" check button?

we have also paid the licence. I'd like to drop the "powered by Wi5 stars" disclaimer. Is it possible?

Hi,

about the "Display at the Recharge" field you can find it editing the domain and then move to "Produtct for the Domain" section.

About the "powered by Wi5 stars" disclaimer you can hide it by adding a CSS code in the template.
You have to edit the template you are using for your domain, click on general option tab and then, add this code in the "Custom CSS applied to the Welcome Portal" field:
#WP_AppBarPoweredBy {
   left: -2000px;
}

Best Regards
