Forum search function

by jnsilver » 15 Dec 2017, 14:21

Hi,
I never get a result in the search but a message like that or my search for "user connection log". What can I do?

The following words in your search query were ignored because they are too common words: connection log user.
You must specify at least one word to search for. Each word must consist of at least 3 characters and must not contain more than 14 characters excluding wildcards.

Hi,

user connection log is a kind of data available for every single user. It's available clicking on the contextual menu of every user.
So I think the best thing to do is to use the search bar searching for the user name and then from the result clicking on the contextual menu and go to User Connection Log.

Best Regards.

Hi,
That's a misunderstanding.
If I use the forum I start a search first to see if someone else already opened a post. But the search never gives a result. I always get the information that the search is to trivial/common.

Hi Jens
Ok, now I understood. The issue was on the forum's search, not on the HSNM's search :-)
Anyway I've just fixed the forum's search issue

Thanks for reporting it

Best regards
