Scripts errors after upgrading from 9.3.130 Stable to 10.0.339 Stable

Hi,
After upgrading from v9 to v10 when any script is executed I get a "<domain> doesn't respond" message (log).
I have downloaded the gateway configuration from the HSNM administration panel and reapplied it (scripts and scheduler) but the error remains.

Users can log into the system but I this message doesn't seem right.

Any point to look at?

Thanks

Hi,
this means that roundrobindomains.txt file in the hotspot folder is empty or wrong (do not point to your HSNM).
Can you please check it?
Thanks.

Hi,
roundrobindomains.txt is fine, I've checked prior to open the ticket.

If I download the configuration again and re apply only the script a schedule part (deleting the old ones) it fails for some minutes and then starts to work without any more "errors".

So, from v9 to v10 is not possible to update and forget, I'll have to go to every Mikrotik gateway and re apply script and scheduler config.

No,
it is absolutely possible to update from 9 to 10 without issue.
We have thousands of users doing this.
It is possible that your gw has an old config or a custom config that is skipping the internal script update.

Those gateways come from old versions being upgraded every year(v7-->v8-->v9-->v10)
The scrips have not been modified.

Just to clarify, If I reapply the correct script/scheduler from v10 generated config I'm good to go or should I check something else?
As I said before the hotspot functionality is working fine.

We changed scripts during releases.
From V7 to 10.1 (upcoming one) we manage to update scripts inside GWs and we wrote this in the release changelog.
If, with some custom configs, scripts will not update, it will be possible to face an issue during the update.
