Playing the VM

Hi, 
I am facing problem in playing the VM. it gives me a message " Failed to lock the file cannot open the disk E:\HSNM\HSNM.vmdk failed to start the virtual machine".

I am sorry but this issue is a vmware error probably due by something else that lock the file.
Please check if you have another job that is running the virtual machine or you can try do delete the .LCK file and folder and then start the virtual machine again.

Anyway I suggest you to do some google search about this issue.

Sorry again but this error is not an HSNM issue

I found the file with extension .lck, If I am going to delete it would not create any trouble. actual file must be exist.

This issue resolved by deleteing .lck file.

my license expired and now you activated it again. For the HSNM license update, I connect it through my LAN. is it ok? Or I need to put it on the public IP
