Cannot create new domain

Hi, 
since update to latest verision 5.0.146 we are unable to create new domain. 
In domain setup, everything goes well after hitting the save button there is information message about successful save but after that domain isn't shown under the manager tree. Hitting the refresh button did not help.

Hi ivan,

it's something related with the 5.0.146 Release Candidate version. Within the afternoon will be available a new update.
