Hi there,

in May 2018 the EU-GDPR becomes effective. What is your plan for the legally compliant implementation.

I think about:
- Storing of personal data
- Anonymising/Pseudonymising of data
- Profiling/statistics
- Information/access about/to stored data
- Rectification/Erasing of data

It depends on how your HSNM has been configured and which datas you request to the users; anyway the users can, at any time, change its datas through the profile APP
Pay attention that user must be logged-in to view the "Profile APP"; if he is not connected to the hotspot he can reach the Welcome Portal from everywhere using the URL like http://HSNM_IP_OR_DOMAIN/portal/index.php?domain=domainame&hotspotname=gatewayname.
The user's datas like connections' LOG cannot be erased due to some country's laws that require them.

P.S.-> we have already contacted a team with a good expertize in privacy in order to help us to undertsand better the GDPR's requests
