Hi,
We have a lot of clients who use non-browser devices that should use the Hotspot network to connect to the internet. It is not possible to open a webbrowser on this devices to get the Welcome Portal and do the login. For those devices we want to create user accounts at the HSNM including the MAC address of the device. Devices should be able to use the MAC login to be authenticated, provided in the Mikrotik Hotspot profile settings.

How can we do this?

Hi,

even if you use the "Automatic Login For MAC Address" user has to open the browser and load the welcome portal to get access to internet. You can't performe a login without reaching the welcome portal.

Than it is my feature request. Mikrotik supports the MAC login. Should be able to add a function in the HSNM that allows adding a MAC address and enable the automatic login from known MAC addresses.
