Hi,

The register button on one of our sites is currently not loading (see image, note some details removed). I haven't yet been able to ascertain if this is just on a particular device (the screenshot is from an Apple iPhone) as some users are managing to register. Certainly if I preview the login portal from within HSNM it displays as expected.



Has anyone else experienced similar?

Hi Clannet
The "Register" button is removed from the Login page in these cases:
1) You have enabled the "Enable MAC address" checkbox on the domain and the user is already registered from the device where it load the Welcome Portal

2) You untile the "Dispaly with standard Registration" checkbox on all the domain's product and contemporaly you doesn't have any vouchers on the domain
