Hi,

If we enable the "Request Acceptance of Conditions at Login" option in a domain the check box to accept the conditions appears on top of the "Forgotten password" link and is causing users a good deal of confusion. Please see image attached for example.

Hi Clannet,

What is the current version of your HSNM? If it happens that it is the old one, we suggest that you update it because we have this issue resolved using the new version of HSNM long time ago.

Upgrading to the latest v5 version did indeed solve the problem, thank you
