HTTP Redirection doesn´t working after connection HSNM Front-end Welcome Portal general discussion about HTML, CSS, layout, custom apps, templates

Hello,

We have a problem with the HTTP redirection after connecting with the Android clients. The following tests have been performed with the cache of the htmlviewer app (aka MiniBrowser) cleared and the phone rebooted.

When we connect, the hotspot redirects us to the portal, It´s okay.

We start session with the green button. The pink-blue-green-red circle rotation appears. We wait...

The pink-blue-green-red circle dissapear but the green message "Login in progress. Please wait" not.

The HTTP redirection configured into the domain doesn´t work, but we are connected because if we open a web browser we navigate to Internet.

Please if you don't, update to the latest that introduced a fix for C&c domains.

Hello,

We have updated but the result is the same.

The redirection doesn't work but we are connected and we can navigate to Internet.

The text with the green background doesn't disappear but in the bottom bar the purple button with the text "Connection" appears.

Ok, thank you for clarifying.
I cannot replicate your issue in our lab and in our stable release so I think this is due to your customization in the domain.
Please double-check if disabling or editing any kind of personalization can fix it.
In the meantime, I will ask our developers to analyze it.

I've found your issue.
You've set a not usable app after login in your template:

Please set it to none or another one to fix this behavior (actually you had a redirect after login so this is useless).
