Hi,
I would suggest to implement some kind of online/onscreen password recovery.
Users can get the forgotten password by e-mail only when SMS is not enabled.

But in that case users are not logged in and can't get the e-mail. Therefore it would be great to have an option to get the password onscreen.

One option can be the answer of a security question or a password hint during the registration. When the user answers the question correctly or enters the right password hint combined with his username, he see the password on the screen.

Unfortunatly it has not yet been develop
I'll remember and urge your request to developers in order to check the feasibility then they will evaluate if and when to develop the features that you have demanded.
 If you consider that the request is absolutely necessary for your business, please contact our sales department who will ask for an analysis to the development team and will make you an offer with timing and contribution fee.

When no SMS is provided there is a big disruption in the self service for the user. Sending an e-mail at the Hotspot where you forgot your password makes no sense.
