New Fields required in Login form. HSNM Front-end Welcome Portal general discussion about HTML, CSS, layout, custom apps, templates

We need to have addition of following fields in login form for our clients.
1. CNIC number
2. Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
3. Marital Status
