We need to have addition of following fields in login form for our clients.
1. CNIC number
2. Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
3. Marital Status
We have already emailed you (support@hsnetworkmanager.com) for the above mentioned case. Looking forward for your immediate response and support.

However your email only mentioned the request to add the date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY).

Please send us an email with a recap of your requests. Then we will forward it to developers team who will analyze your request. As soon as we will receive a response from developers team we will let you know.
