Error message in Gateway logs: login failed: Your maximum never usage time has been reached

Hi,
can you explain why this error message occurs? It comes up for a 30min-per-day free product when the free time is over.

login failed: Your maximum never usage time has been reached

Hi jnsilver,

that message is a radius log messagge that comes when the user finish its credit/time/traffic.

If you want to check if user finished its credit you can have a look at the user's connection logs.
