is it possible to add attributes to image adverts so we can track clicks and impressions differently ?

I'm sorry but it's not possible. Statistics are made on the entire campaign and can't be done for a single bunner.

Furthermore, a separate campaign is usually created for each type of object/thing to be advertised.
