Hi there,
We have found that users use the special characters ä, ö, ü (in german) for their password. When logging in, the input of these characters does not seem to be supported. The login is rejected again and again.

Can you check/confirm that these characters are allowed and supported for passwords or otherwise update the portal to disallow the use of these character during the registration.

what error do users have at the login?

I've just tried to register an user using ä in the password and I haven't got any login error. So I can confirm you that HSNM accept those chars.

Hi,
the error comes up during the login when a user comes back at a later time. It occurs until we remove the special character in the password.
