Problem adding images HSNM Front-end Welcome Portal general discussion about HTML, CSS, layout, custom apps, templates

Hello,

We are experiencing an error when trying to add images to : General Options/Backend Logos/ both fields.
We select logos with asked dimensions, tried jpg,jpeg and png formats but logo dont show after saving.

Also on templates/ on info app or login app fields same thing occurs, we select image, save and then it does not appear, instead appears as a broken link as in below attachment.

Tried updating to newest version, update fails after some time.

any ideas?

I think something related to some missing tmp folder.
Could you please send to HSNM support e-mail an URL to reach your HSNM through HTTP and SSH?
