Italian Language not shown on login HSNM Front-end Welcome Portal general discussion about HTML, CSS, layout, custom apps, templates

Hi,

Before clicking login when we are supposed to select the language, the italian language does not show.

Also on welcome portal we have selected two languages, English and Italian and selected italian by default but still we only get the English Language.

Can we try something by ourselves or the language pack is missing?

By default Welecome Portal is loaded using the browser's language if it is enabled among the languages on domain, otherwise Welcome Portal will be loaded using the "Default language" set on domain.
For example if, on domain, you choose both the Italian and English languages and you set Italian as default

If you try to load a Welcome Portal on a device with the English language on the browser, the Welcome Portal will be load in English, instead if you try to load a Welcome Portal on a device with Spanish language, the Welcome Portal will be load in Italian language (so the default language set to domain)
Probably, to be more clear, on next HSNM version we will change the name of "Default language" field in something else

We have tried with browsers and devices in italian language and it still shows in English.
Also on the domain the default language is selected as Italian but still does not show.

Also when we login to HSNM Italian Language is not available to select. (See image attached)

For backend, the Italian language is not available by design.
About Welcome Portal shown in English als on Italian device, please clear the browser's cache

No, it is not possibile.
If you want to have the Italian language you have to buy HSNM from our Italian distributor.
