Profile App

Hi,

I've heard it from two clients that they have some users where the profile app is not shown if they log in so they can't kick off other devices. Most people it works normal. I have seen it once but I can't reproduce.

Hi,

if logged in users don't see the profile app, the only reason that comes to mind is that the profile app is not enabled in the template used for that domain/gateway.
