Too slow redirecting

We have a problem with the captive portal. Users at the time of connecting to the Wi-Fi are left on the black screen with the message "Redirecting to wellcome portal" for more than a minute. After that time the portal loads. Which may be due?

Hi,
this behavior could depend of:
- low or bad wifi signal
- problem in your networking
- other problems/configurations.
Please check the logs of the Gw, HSNM Syslog and Device wifi signal.

There is no problem with the wifi signal, once the captive portal jumps and you register the speed is adequate. The problem is exclusively at the time of the redirection which takes two minutes

This problem could not be related to HSNM but to something else like network problem or DNS issue or Gw configuration problem.
Check your configuration and try, for example, to manually load from a laptop browser with inspector enable the redirect URL and then check if there are any errors.
