Stripe redirect not working HSNM Front-end Welcome Portal general discussion about HTML, CSS, layout, custom apps, templates

We have set up Stripe as a payment system on an existing hotspot - replacing Paypal - but it is not working.
After user registers, selects product and clicks on the Stripe link they get the message "redirecting" but the service never redirects.

We have following entries in the walled garden:

When I look in the walled garden tab I do not see any hits on the Stripe entries.

Can you please specify the HSNM version you're running?
Have you activated the payment at the system level or reseller/manager?

I cannot replicate the issue.
This is working on our side.
Hits don't rise during Stripe payments.


UPDATE:
this issue is due to customer customization of the Gateway.
With standard configuration, the issue is not in place.
