Welcome Portal don't open automatically

Hi, I am trying to use a cloud demo hosted on your servers, but the welcome portal does not open automatically when the user tries to browse.
I have to set the IP (or dns) manually in the browser for the welcome portal to open.
Maybe it's a configuration error, but I don't know what it could be.

Hi,
this could depend on HTTPS redirection turned off in your Gateway.
If you use Mikrotik you need to add the certificate to the user interface, in the fields for configuring the gateway.
If you don't use Mikrotik, please use the official guide and enable HTTPS redirect where possible: https://wiki.hsnetworkmanager.com/?manu ... ur-gateway
