For one week now our users have been having problems with processing Stripe payments.

They enter their card details on the payment screen then it appears they see another screen where it says 'check this box', but there is apparently no box to check. Unfortuantely I don't have a screenshot as yet to see the actual message,

When we access Stripe from backend via User Interface Preview it works fine.

I note that on the work in progress release it says "27) New Updated Walled Garden for Stripe according to the latest requirements.", so maybe this is a walled garden issue?

Can you advise please.

Hi,
with V 10.1 we will introduce a Stripe Walled garden to avoid the issue you've described (please note that, this is caused by a Stripe change in their payment page).
To speed up the solution, during the release wait, add manually this W.G:
hcaptcha.com
