Cryptic error message

Hello, end users are occasionally seeing the attached error message. If they disconnect from Wi-Fi and reconnect they are then able to authenticate successfully.

Do you have any explanation of the circumstances for this message?

please check if you have a redirection after registration then try to remove it.

We do have a redirection after registration.
If this is the issue, why does it only occur very occasionally?
Our customer does expect a redirection although I appreciate that it is not useful when client device CNA is active.

This could be the issue since in CNA it is not possible to open a new tab or window.
