Landing Page is not loading in specific Smart Phone Models Topics about the wireless hardware

Dear Concern,

Recently we have experienced this problem on public hotspot location, where my technician's phone didn't get any landing page though IP and DNS found in Network configuration. Moreover, if we hit gateway IP in browser; it goes in samsung.com website and shows the website is not available.


Phone Models:
Samsung Galaxy J7 next
Samsung Galaxy J7 pro



Please let us know what can to do to troubleshoot this problem.
