Reason why you were not redirected to the portal page after
connecting to the wifi network it is because of the device security
settings and to trigger the portal page you may need to open a browser.
We will coordinate with developer for other ways.

Hi Guillermo,

There are two possible reasons why you are only reaching the welcome portal if you open a browser. First is probably because you haven't enabled the CNA in the HSNM gateway configuration or because the walled garden have not been downloaded yet.
To help you further on this concern, I suggest that you read the administration manual at page 164.

please send me the administration manual, on the pdf provided in the zip file only was a QuickStartGuide.en which only has 11 pages, also when the users see the site they have access without login in to youtube and other sites.

The Administration Manual can be downloaded and viewed from the "Documentation" menù inside HSNM; it is not included on the HSNM DEMO zip file. Anyway some site like youtube, facebook, twitter, amazon, google could be viewed without login if on HSNM are enabled some features. For example if you enable an Intro with a video on a template, by default the youtube site will be open through the walled-garden and so the user can see it without any login. In the same case, if you enabled the facebook social login, the facebook site will be opened and so viewed without any login.
