MiktroTik router 6.40

Hi,
I am getting this warning:
Warning! The downloaded script is compatible only with RouterOS versions equal to or greater than 6.37. If less than these, it will be necessary to update the device before loading the script (see screenshot 1)
I try to uploading config file its getting error message (see screenshot 2)
My mikrotik router os version is 6.40
