Support for Mikrotik Cloud Core Routers

by joseph » 27 Oct 2018, 08:20

good Morning Support ,
We have a Dual core Mikrotik RB and have noticed the CPU usage is mostly at 100% thanks to the new feature introduced on the gateway dashboard.in response to that we wanted to acquire a more powerful Mikrotik router and had either of the following models in mind.
kindly confirm if they will work with HSNM .
Cloud Core Router 1009-7G-1C-1S+ or
Cloud Core Router 1009-7G-1C-1S+PC

Thanks and regards
Joseph.

Hey Joseph,

What routers you using?

We've only got a couple of sites with CCR and that's with 80+ concurrent users. Most sites are happy with a 3011 / RB850 (40-80) and then CCR for 80 +

Those are just our limits, you're performance may vary depending on load and filter rules.

Most of our sites are RB951G and RB2011 with 20 - 40 Users. That being said... we're working on 3011 /RB850 as standard now

Certainly dropping anything below 64MB RAM and anything single core for +20 users.

Hi Spike
We have one major site where we have the RB1100 AhX2 with an average number of above 100 concurrent connections.

That should be sweet as. What's the profile showing showing? What's eating your CPU?
