Hi,

Is there any way to trigger HSNM to send email alert when any of the gateways become unavailable for x minutes?

For the CPU/Google Latency do we need to setup SNMP because momentarily only latency to HSNM is shown.

Yes, first of all I would tell you that this function is available only for Mikrotik GW. Then you have to check if there is the HWMonitor script inside the GW (if not you have to reconfigure your GW with the configuration file downloaded from HSNM).
After that, you have to enable notifications under the System or Reseller or Manager level.
