Hi,

I have trouble connecting to network using Ruckus VSZ as a gateway. After I try to login, the message states: "Error. The login procedure can not contact the gateway." I've added HSNM, vSZ and my AP's IP addresses in walled garden. Can you please help me with what I've missed?

please verify to have opened port 9998 and 9997 for your VSZ IP address in your firewall.
