Are you sure that there was logins in the last 24 hours? The graph shows the connections made by the users checking the accounting packets sent by the gateway/controller; so please check to have radius accounting enable on CiscoWLC.
Otherwise, if the problem persist, please send to HSNM support e-mail address, an e-mail with the URL that we can use to access your HSNM through HTTP and SSH; also please tell us the name of the gateway where you think to have the issue
