Roaming between APs Topics about the wireless hardware

Hi Support,
It is possible to do roaming between different APs without the need to login again in the welcome portal?
We have configured no session timeout in the product policy and no keep-alive value in the gateway, but still not works...

Hi,

the parameter to configure in order to keep the user's session active even if it lost wifi connectivity or it change venue and so access point where it connects to is the keep alive timeout. So you have to set a value, based on your needs, for the keep alive timeout in the gateway configuration in your HSNM.
