Warning Message when downloading script in HSNM Topics about the wireless hardware

Hi Everyone,

when I am trying to download script in HSNM, I have below warning from 192.168.5.250

192.168.5.250 says:
Warning! The appliance cannot resolve the hostnames so there might be
some problems when importing configuration script of the gateway.
Check the DNS settings and connect the appliance to the internet.

Can anyone help us with how to solve this?

Hi,

HSNM, before letting you downloading the configuration script, check if it's able to reach the internet trying to ping www.google.com.
If it's not able to reach the internet it provide the warning you got.

This means that your HSNM hasn't got internet access or that DNS you set in the system settings have some problem or haven't been set.

The warning is to say: attention that once you imported the configuration script to your gateway you might have problem reaching the HSNM because it hasn't got internet access.
