Ruijie Router and AP Integration Topics about the wireless hardware

Hi,
I received new brand of routers from China on my desk.
It is called Ruijie, the gateway model is RG-EG2001-P V2 and the AP model is RG-AP710.
I see that this brand is not on your list of supported devices yet.
I wonder, what is the procedure to request HSNM to integrate this brand of gateway & AP ?
I'm going to replace some of my Mikrotik with this one.
How long does it usually takes for the integration?

Hi Adhitya
First of all we need to have documentation about the router in order to understand if it support hotspot with External Captive Portal and radius authentication.
After that our R&D office will evaluate if and when integrate the new brand on our platform based also on the market requests.
If the project will be accepted, we need to have at least one Gateway in order to proceed with integration.
