We have a question, is HSNM compatible with ruckus unleashed? We are not able to connect HSNM with it.

Dear Infosey,
in the upcoming version of HSNM, we followed last Ruckus directives to allow Unleashed firmware to work with it.
So in the upcoming version, it will work.

We are testing it, but we get error: 'can't reach gateway'.
Could you tell us initial set up? we have configured unleashed hotspot as VSz:
Login page: our URL gateway.
RADIUS authentication: IP address: our HSNM private IP.
RADIUS accounting: IP address: our HSNM public IP.
Is there anything else we need to check?

Hi,
please check if your Ruckus can reach HSNM through those ports(maybe your firewall is blocking the access ), then try to set CHAP method for Authentication. Third, ensure your secret is correct (it must be the same configured into your HSNM).
Please refer to the setup guide that I've to send to you via email.
