hi

Your test is with a ruckus controller version from 2015 so it's not a very reliable test.


You must make sure that your portal is compatible with Ruckus in all its versions and if not, open a case with them.
I'm sorry but this is not an HSNM problem but a Ruckus one.
Whan CNA appears or not, HSNM isn't in the game.

Ruckus published buggy software that doesn't allow basic technologies to work correctly.

Dear Cie,
in the upcoming version of HSNM, we followed last Ruckus directives to allow Unleashed firmware to work with it.
So summarizing with what we have written into this topic viewtopic.php?f=11&t=4647&p=7400&hilit=ruckus#wrap :
  • Ruckus ZoneDirector 10.3 works
    Ruckus ZoneDirector 10.4 works
    Ruckus ZoneFlex (old standalone firmware) works
    Ruckus Unleashed will work with the upcoming stable release.
We do not have any kind of Apple CNA problem, please ensure that this option is unchecked:
